Sunvil has featured this traditional, family run hotel since 1974. It is located in the older part of Paphos and approximately 3 km from the sea. The hotel's elevated position boasts panoramic views across the whole of Kato Paphos to the sea and harbour.

The Axiothea is adjacent to a small park and within walking distance of the museums, market and some of the best tavernas in Paphos. This is a simply furnished, family-run hotel where the owners pride themselves on welcoming and giving our clients their personal attention.

The hotel has 37 twin-bedded sea and inland view rooms (double bed on request), with balcony or Juliet balcony. Sea view rooms have panoramic views. All have bath, shower (some with shower only), wc, telephone, and air conditioning.

The Axiothea Hotel is located in the upper part of Paphos town known as Ktima near the cathedral church of Ayios Theodoros and the Bishop's palace which incorporates the Byzantine museum. The distance to the nearest beach is 3km and to Coral Bay beach 16km.
